Terms and Privacy Policy

These terms apply to orders on extreme-auto-parts.com, phone orders and local pickup. By using this website or ordering from us, you agree to them.

Our parts

We sell used original (OEM) parts from late-model cars we buy, mostly from insurance companies. Used parts can show normal wear. Please read the description and look at the photos before you order.

Check the part number before you order. If you are not sure the part fits your car, please contact us before you order, and we will check it for you.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is extra. The shipping cost is shown on each part page and at checkout.

Prices on our website can be different from our eBay prices. Orders on eBay follow eBay’s rules.

We also sell our parts on other websites. If your part sells somewhere else before we ship it, or if a price or description has an obvious mistake, we will tell you and give you a full refund.

You can pay at checkout by card or PayPal. Both are processed by PayPal. Our website does not store your card number. You can also call us at 916-743-8485 to order by phone.

Shipping and pickup

Small parts ship by USPS. Medium and large parts ship by FedEx or UPS. Big, heavy parts, like engines, ship by freight. For shipping outside the US, contact us for a quote.

If your part arrives damaged, contact us right away. Please keep the box and packing until we tell you what to do.

Local pickup: 3391 Fitzgerald Rd, Ste F, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4 PM Pacific time.

Returns

You can return a part within 30 days from the day you receive it. Please contact us first with your order number.

The part must be in the same condition as when we shipped it.

If the part is defective, wrong, or not as described, we pay return shipping. If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, you pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

We do not sell parts for testing. If you install a part to see if it fixes your problem and it does not, the return counts as a change of mind, and the 20% restocking fee applies.

We send your refund after we receive and check the part.

Warranty

Our parts have a 60-day limited warranty, part only, from the day you receive the part. An optional 12-month warranty covers a replacement part and its shipping; to add it, call us before you order. Labor is not covered. Engines and transmissions have extra rules.

If a part fails under warranty, we repair it, replace it, or refund its price (our choice). We do not pay for labor, towing or other costs. Read the full Warranty and Returns page.

We do not install parts. Call us and we can recommend a shop that does.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, phone number, and billing and shipping address.
• When you create an account: the same information and a password. Keep your password private.
• When you send us a request or message: your name, email and what you write (and your phone number, ZIP code and vehicle if you add them). Our request form is run by Google Forms.
• When you visit our website: basic visit information, like the pages you view, your browser and device, and your general location. See “Cookies” below.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your order, to answer your questions, and to make our website better.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us run our business: PayPal (payments), USPS, FedEx, UPS and freight companies (shipping), SureDone (our online store system) and Google (our request form and website statistics). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can change your information in My Account. To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, contact us.

Cookies

• Shopping cart: our website uses cookies to remember your cart. If your browser blocks cookies, call us at 916-743-8485 to order.

• Other services: our pages also use Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on forms), Google Maps (our location), and scripts from Facebook and Stripe that our store system adds. These companies may set their own cookies, may collect information about your visits over time and across other websites, and follow their own privacy policies.
• Do Not Track: our website does not change how it works when your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

Children

Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
