Ebay's Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR) gives you the buyer, the ability to rate the experience you have with a seller when you make a purchase. You can choose to rate your experience in four different areas of customer service. We strive to receive a 5 in each area from all our customers! If you feel you cannot leave us 5 stars in all categories, please contact us right away, before leaving us feedback, so that we may resolve your issue and so that we can improve our service. We want to fix any problems before you leave a neutral or negative feedback - most issues are very easy to resolve and we'll be happy to do it for you.
Neutral feedbacks are just as harmful to sellers as negative feedbacks are. When it comes to DSRs, sellers prefer five stars or no stars at all.
